2. Personalize your content
No one likes a generic email. Whether it’s addressing the recipient by name or talking about a specific pain point, personalization makes all the difference.
If you’re a print company targeting clients who care about colour precision, don’t just say “Better Prints.” Instead, say something like, “Hey John, still struggling with Colour Accuracy? We’ve got the solution for you.”
3. Keep it short and sweet
No one wants to read a novel in their inbox. Keep your emails concise and to the point. A clear, compelling call-to-action (CTA) should always follow your message. Pick one thing you want the reader to do. Don’t ask for a download and a meeting and a follow-up. Just one thing:

4. Design for mobile
You probably write your email text on a desktop. Don’t forget, over half your readers are opening their email on a phone. Big text, tappable buttons, and no walls of tiny text.
