While many marketing and communication plans were discontinued or postponed during the COVID-19 crisis, the Xeikon team still had some major announcements to make and were looking to reach out to the international trade press.

duomedia worked out an approach that made an impact that was as strong, if not stronger, than the press event that was originally planned. We looked for a solution beyond a webinar: a ‘LIVE news broadcast’.

A full service
The full service included the setup of a TV studio with full support (camera, audio and production), copywriting of the script, and all graphic elements such as pre-recorded videos, intro and outros, and background graphics.

More than 80 international journalists and editors witnessed the live broadcast thanks to the efforts of our regional media outreach team and a combination of video teasers and mailers.

Thanks to the dedicated branded landing page we developed, all materials were available for download, providing viewers with the opportunity to gather all the elements they needed to share Xeikon’s latest innovation.
