THE B2B INTERNATIONAL COMMUNICATION SURVEY

4 years ago, we conducted an international B2B communication survey. The goal was to reveal how B2B professionals prefer to inform themselves. We wanted to discover trends and behaviour in communication consumption. To show what communication channels and resources were deemed valuable and reliable. The result was an interesting research paper which you can find back on our website.

How we communicate with each other has rapidly evolved the last 10 years. The speed and intensity of communication, the way we communicate and consume communication has certainly drastically changed. Words like ‘disruption’ have been used continiously the last 3 years. A big factor is the powerful computer connected to everything that is with us at all times: The smartphone, a tool that brought interactivity to a new level.

We’ve taken it upon ourselves in these times of ‘fake news’ and other concerns, to try and understand the impact in a B2B setting. This is an international survey. We aim to uncover trends in a global context reflecting the dynamics of B2B business and transactions. The quality of our research heavily depends on its respondents and participators. In other words, you.

We want to discover trends and behaviours to better understand how B2B professionals prefer to inform themselves. What communication channels and resources are deemed valuable and reliable.
